Good Morning,
Today we are moving on... sort of...
After Rome collapsed the Romans didn't disappear.
In fact an emperor (I'll let you find out who) moved the Roman capital and renamed it Constantinople.
Let's watch this 45 min movie: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B0KFq1x1cZRWLXp3S0ZxblN1dWc/edit?usp=sharing
Using complete sentences answer the following questions:
Who moved the Roman Capital to Constantinople?
When was the Roman Capital moved?
Why was the new capital a good location?
What difficulties did the new location have?
How did they solve the problem of lack of water?
Print out this map and follow the instructions on the map: (please color the map)
